Booking & Cancellation Policy
Term bookings reserve your child’s place on specific day(s) of the week for the full term (for example, every Monday and Wednesday). You are paying for these reserved weekly places, rather than for a set number of classes.
Missed sessions
If your child is unable to attend a session, we are unable to offer refunds or credits. However, subject to availability, we will be happy to offer a make-up session during the week before or the week after the missed session. Make-up sessions cannot be guaranteed and depend on spaces being available.
Public holidays
When you select your regular day(s) at registration, any sessions falling on an official public holiday when Noor al Shajar is closed will not be charged and will be deducted from your term fee.
